Procedure for B-Lot Gloves and 3M Mask purchases…

    1. Both Parties sign the NCNDA.
    2. Buyer SUBMITS: LOI/LOA/ICPO/KYC.
    3. Executed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by Seller, (Acceptance of the SOP).
    4. Seller Attorney to provide Letter of Attestation (LOA).
    5. Buyer Attorney provides Letter of Procurement Authorization (for Proxy Buyer Only)
    6. A2A – POF; Buyer sends BCL, plus Current Bank Statement to seller.
    7. Seller provides first 14-pages of redacted SGS within 72 Hours.
    8. Seller provides Escrow Agreement.
    9. Seller provides Sales Purchase Agreement, SPA.
    10. IMFPA.
    11. Buyer agrees to Fund Escrow, into third-party escrow, i.e., AIC Title Company.
    12. Seller agrees to provide a full SGS.
    13. Joint physical stock inspection at warehouses.
    14. Seller agrees to provide free and clear TITLE of the product and authority.
    15. Buyers provide access to all the warehouses until pick-up of all products; and
    16. Escrow Payment released to Seller and Intermediary.
  • Only top 5 US banks are accepted for proof of funds

  • We consider Proof of funds, only liquid funds confirmed by the Banker on the A2A call, Assets proof of funds will not be accepted without RWA and ETA from the financial institution or bank.

  • Phone calls can be provided by the seller after documents are received and accepted
  • SOP may change depending on the title holder
  • ETA for completion: 7 working days once documents are ready and have been accepted

These deals follow the standard commission structure where a total of 10% is available. 40% of that is available to the buyer side to split as they see fit.
